The Portishead and Bristol Lifeboat
The Lifeboat
The new Portishead Lifeboat, Denbar Sage was
launched on Thursday 12th June 2003 in a moving service held at
the slipway
The lifeboat, built by
Ribcraft Ltd thanks to a generous donation from Mrs Barbara
Palmer, is almost identical to the original Portishead Lifeboat,
but has many more modern navigational aids.
