We're making a splash in 2009!
The Portishead Raft Race is back, bigger and better than ever...make a date for July 12th at the Lakegrounds,
Portishead....you are all invited! We're relaunching it and we need you to join in the fun. We'd like lots of
entries into the Raft Race and lots of you to come and watch with your own waterside picnic.
It's all in aid of local charities...
We doing this for fun but also to raise money for Portishead Lifeboat and other local charities. We want this
to re-establish itself as a regular in the Portishead summer calendar. Why not log on to the new website at

event develop. We'll be posting ideas on how to enter the event, how to design your raft, picnic ideas, how to
become a sponsor and much, much more....check
